Patrick Trotter, MPH, FACHE
President, Health Solutions Ltd®

Patrick received a BA in Interpersonal Communications and Business from Marquette University and earned a Masters in Public Health Administration and Prevention from Loma Linda University in California. Patrick brings with him 30 years of senior leadership experience in the full continuum of the American health care system including hospitals, clinics, long term care, home care, insurance, occupational health, wellness and EAP.

He is a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives and has served as an adjunct professor for the University of Wisconsin. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Orion Energy Services and on the Boards of Directors for Nemschoff and the VAAST Corporation. He has also provided board leadership to the National Guard, Boy Scouts of America, Institute of Family Medicine, Juvenile Diabetes Association and the Visiting Nurses Association.

Margo Trotter, RN, BSCN, MHSC
Executive Vice President, Cofounder

Margo Trotter is Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Health Solutions Ltd® and President of Health Coaching Solutions LLC". Born and raised in Canada, Margo graduated as a Registered Nurse from the Mack School of Nursing in St. Catharine's, Ontario and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Margo earned a Masters of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto and is a member of both the American College of Health Care Executives and the Canadian College of Health Services Executives.

Margo brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the Health Care Industry in both the USA and Canada including: clinical, leadership, administrative and business development roles. She has served in professional organizations, on various public and private boards and has presented and published locally, nationally and internationally on quality, organizational process and leadership. Margo enjoys running, skiing, boating, is married with 5 grown children and lives with her husband Patrick in Kohler Wisconsin.
